Matt has a new girlfriend Brianna. It was rather out of the blue as I didn't know they ever spoke to each other until the week before, but that's cool. I don't know her that well, but she seems awesome with the exception that she says RENT is better than Phantom and that Miss American Pie is not a good song. I was definitely surprised, but also relieved because now I know I can't jeopardize our friendship.
I'm vaguely worried she'll see me as a threat, because I don't know her well and I pretty much want Matt to be my best friend. Otherwise she's really cool.
